[Scan-DC] Frederick Mem Hosptl Freqs

Craig,
When I lived in Frederick, I used to listen to the
Ambulances call into the Emergency Room 468.125.  The
Emergency Room responds on 463.125.  I believe that's
medic channel 3.
Now with the new trunked system online, I'm not sure
if they're still using the medic channels.
