[Scan-DC] Alexandria PD TRS

Good afternoon. Has Alexandria powered down its signal output? I've been
able to hear Alex in McLean with an outside antenna. Now for the past
couple weeks I can't pick up the control channel with a weak signal. I
talked with the deputy fire chief and he said they had been working on the
system recently. Any one else had this problem?
