[Scan-DC] Reported shooting in Howard County (MD)

Further investigation has revealed that this person was an off duty Howard 
County (MD) police officer who was hunting with a powder rifle at the time, 
and sources say that the bullet deflected off the deer or a tree, which 
caused the wound. I haven't heard anything in the way of patient status aside 
from "he's going to be fine". I have reason to believe that this was NOT any 
sort of mal-intended incident, nor does it sound like anything but an 
accidental shooting.
