[Scan-DC] FBI Flight from Gaithersburg

All,

In the mid 1100 hour caught Ross 439 working with Wash Dep (118.95). He 
reported departing from Gaithersburg and headed for Quantico.  Sounded like 
he said he was going to Quarterback at Quantico, but I couldn't be sure.
