[Scan-DC] AA Co TTID 60368

Check out this Talkgroup 60368 on the AA Co TRS.  It sounds as if they are simulcasting some type of presentation about possibly a Motorola radio rig.  Its humorous, because whoever's simulcasting it is also providing a running commentary on it.

Anyone know what this is?  It is on right now.
