*****If this is the code 100 that was mentioned last night on part of the DC 
Metro system, another poster stated that is was a code used for monitoring  
(or parctice monitoring?)  a terrorist activity on the subway.  From what a 
DC cop told me, the subway cops have different codes from the city cops.
