[Scan-DC] Another shooting in MC?

From what I heard over Frederick County Md dispatch, its a white toyota
corolla Station wagon, occupied 1 time by unknown male subject; no license
plate on front, unknown tag on rear.

Mont County EOC also put out a similiar lookout for a white vehicle, station
wagon, that was allegedly avoiding roadblocks in the aspen hill area of
MontCo.  Don't know if its related.

BTW, according to CNN, the latest shooting victim has passed away.
