[Scan-DC] Man / Van siezed in Richmond

   This is the most excitement in Richmond since Lee left in April, 1865.  One
local radio news rumor is that one or more of these detained (versus suspect)
individuals was trying to extort money from this tragic situation.  The reason an
individual when first taken into custody is not called
a "suspect" is because at that time he/she must be read his/her Miranda rights
and probably would be less likely to talk.
