  Yep, I'm afraid so.  TG60272 does indeed rebroadcast the fire dispatches
from BWI on 154.1, and yes, 60304 is used, albeit rarely these days, for a
secondary BWI channel.  More often, they're using it for training- and I
usually hear that in the mornings as I drive past BWI to go to work.
