Today at about 12:30PM, I heard on PMARS: "Victor two David to any CR (I think that is what was said, might have said Sierra) unit in the vicinity of Springfield Mall." I assume this was someone on the wrong frequency but does anybody know what is was about??? Or who uses ID's like V2D that would be near Springfield Mall??
