[Scan-DC] MFN frequencies

  According to the Long Island Scanning Resource page (which does have some
accurate Md.info) the freqs are:

464.450 - Maryland Fire Network - F-1
463.825 - Maryland Fire Network - F-2
462.650 - Maryland Fire Network - F-3
461.175 - Maryland Fire Network - F-4

  According to Dave at MFN (who was the one who told me about the Howard
County stuff, hence the credit), only 1 repeater (in the Baltimore area) is
up at the moment.  I'm not sure which freq that would be, but if only 1 is
up, finding out which freq is up isn't much of a problem.
