[Scan-DC] DC scanner

If someone had donated a shiny new Pentium 4 to me last week
I would have completed the installation of my DC scanner.

That will have to wait until Christmas time now while I
get all my ducks in a row. It won't even be great, since
my parents' house is in some kind of r.f. Bermuda Triangle--nothing
seems to come in very well. I can barely hear Fairfax fire's
UHF transmitter now that they moved it to Timbuktu and it
sounds like it puts out a whopping 1/2 watt of power. :(
Why did they even bother with it?

This is in the north Arlington area. Stay tuned, I'll let you know.
