[Scan-DC] update on Fairfax County shooting

All,

Police helos are heavily involved in the hunt for this guy.  Check 44.74 & 
123.025.  Two Troopers, Eagle 1 and Fairfaix 1 are up and are trying to 
jockey around each other and refuel but keep a couple of helos in the air.  
Sounds like they are concenrtrating on two areas, Tysons Corners and the 
Beltway near Montgomery County line.
