[Scan-DC] USNA Fly By

Heard Bengal 41 flight (4 X F-18s, VMFA(AW)-224 MCAS BEAUFORT) in the 
mid-1100 & early 1200 hour as they prepared for their fly by at the Navy-Rice 
football game.

They were working with the USNA ground controller (121.95) as they positioned 
themselves for the fly bys; one of which was to coincide with the National 
Anthem on the ground. Flight lead mentioned that he would be a 300 ft and his 
wingman was to be at 500 ft. The flight lead asked the ground control if they 
could get some balloons tethered in the parking lot lowered a bit. During the 
Anthem fly-by, the flight lead was humming the Anthem.

I can't be certain but I think the Bengals recovered at Pax River after their 
fly bys.
