[Scan-DC] another shooting 9:45 am

PMARS... I have my radio set for 453.55  But, nothing ever comes over.  Is there a better freq. for this?

Virginia SP just announced on PMARS (Police Mutual Aid Radio System)
Frequency that the White Chevy Astro Van with "Total Recall" on the side has
been stopped and that is NOT the van.  They also stopped a van with the tag
 number that was reported, that was NOT the van.

 The description now is:  White Chevy Astro Van with ladder racks and
ladders.  They don't know the number of ladders or the color of the ladders
or a tag number.
