[Scan-DC] East Coast TACAMO

All,

The E-6B Mercury East Coast TACAMO departed PAX River in the late 1600 hour. 

They used callsign Shadow 784 (probable aircraft number) when talking with 
Shadow Maintenance (310.15). Front end is using callsign Allow 65.
