DC's channel 7, WJLA, has not helicopter, so it has borrowed one from its
sister station in Baltimore, channel 13, WJZ. From info gleaned here at
Scan-DC some time ago, I have this:

Try listening for the Baltimore choppers on:
450.0375, 450.1375, 450.1625 - WBAL (tail # N7037C)
450.3375, 450.3875, 450.4375 - WJZ (tail # N169JR)
Can anyone confirm that WJZ uses 450.2375? If so, any idea what channel
#
it is?

The only TV station I'm aware of that has a chopper is Fox 5 but
unfortunately
they have the fewest daily news reports of any of the big four (ABC, CBS,
NBC,
Fox). The Fox chopper can be found on the two WTTG freqs listed below.
I
have several other news/traffic freqs, however I have not personally
listened
to any of these in a while (except Metro Traffic).
463.25 SmarTraveler (S) -- supposed to move to new repeater soon
450.2375 Shadow Traffic (S)
455.9125 Metro Traffic Control (R)
161.7 WMAL-AM Traffic Reports (S)
450.2625 WMZQ-FM Traffic Reports (S)
153.05 WRC-TV (NBC 4) Desk (S)
161.73 WTTG-TV (FOX 5) Ch. 1, Desk (S)
161.76 WTTG-TV (FOX 5) Ch. 2, Alt. (S)
455.5 WJLA-TV (ABC 7) Ch. 1, Desk (R)
450.2125 WUSA-TV (CBS 9) Ch. 2, Desk (S)
