Montgomery County freqs (494.8625 and 494.7125) active, reports of vehicles
matching the description (white delivery isuzu truck w/ black lettering,
fresh damage on a side or rear).  Police have been ordered to turn in the
motorcycles and go out in cars (preferrably in pairs).

DC city-wide freq (159.15 and 460.xxx) also checking up on vehicles matching
description.

Safety for our officers.  Get 'em!
