What kind of radio were you using, Steve?  The FCC created the FRS band back
in 1995.  I believe the only license-free band back in MLK's time was the 11
meter CB band.

   Well, could be some other three letter agency was involved.  But,
as I already said, it happened to me back during the riots following
Dr. King's death, and it was the FCC jamming the airwaves.  They
even paid a visit to my home to deliver their threats of arrest,
trial and imprisonment.
