[Scan-DC] F-16 Escort DC CAP

This info is from my buddy soundman who works for a national news network. 
He was down covering the IMF-Worldbank protests and 2 F-16s flying very fast 
at 1000 or so feet chasing down a plane that had entered restricted airspace 
over dc descended from 24k ft to 1000ft and flew right over top and escorted 
the unknown type craft to Dulles airport. No further info available.. anyone 
catch this? He said they switched frequencies once every other min. or so 
and were coordinating with AWACS. He said the c/s used was BRAVE something 
and BLUE STREEK (?) something. I've heard BRAVE before here so that's 
probably accurate but as for BLUE STREEK that sounds like a commercial 
airline or something.. anyone with further thoughts? after the incident they 
went back up to 24k ft for CAP.
