Today, I randomly listened to MCPD Channel 7. I don't know what this channel is for, but I still have it programmed into my scanner. Whoever was transmitting on the channel was using a voice decoder (or is it "inversion chip?"). Does anyone know what this channel is for and why the communications were being scrambled?
