In the 0900-1100 EDT time frame a probable air sampling test was conducted 
over the Aberdeen Proving Grounds area, just north of Baltimore.

PAT 65W (probable C-12) departed Phillips AAF (126.15) and climbed to an 
altitude of about 7,000-7,500 ft. Once at altitude they switched to a 
discrete freq (123.225) and conducted a series of collection runs just above 
the cloud tops. Runs were conducted over the Aberdeen area, which was noted 
as a priority collection area. Then a lesser number of runs were done over 
the Edgewood Arsenal area.

Data was collected and analyzed by crew member(s) in the back of the aircraft 
and arrangements were made for ground personnel to meet the aircraft after it 
landed for an on-site debrief of the operation.
