[Scan-DC] Blimp Frequencies

I did see a blimp just southeast of Baltimore on Friday the 13th but for the
sun I couldn't tell which blimp it was.  I was listening to local traffic
and I hoped he would check in with ATC but I never heard him.  For
frequencies, there are several lists out there--I'd be interested in what
can be confirmed...

From my time in Knoxville, TN (lived 1 mile from Neyland stadium), I have
