[The Emissary]

My friend is in the news media and is trying to monitor or what not the 
Israeli security service (dont know what its called) that protects foreign 
nationals..They have earpieces etc.. in there ear and he wasnt able to see 
the radios.. what agency might protect the israeli prime minister and 
possible freqs?
