[Scan-DC] Helicopters In Gaithersburg

Training/practice?  Having to fly as low as possible
is a very plausible requirement.  Surely they would
want to practice that a few times before they
needed to do it.  Or, it could have just been a
fun thing to do.  I've seen them hotrodding around the potomac
by the Kennedy center numerous times.
