[Scan-DC] Coast Guard has new patrol boat on Potomac

This link has a photo and story about a new, heavily armed, Coast 
Guard patrol boat on the Potomac.  This is a custom made ship, the 
first of its kind designed specifically for homeland defense.  I'm 
not sure where it is docked (probably by the Coast Guard HQ at 
Buzzards Point).

Anyway, we should see some more traffic on USCG freqs in DC now.
