WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Returning to its 18th century home to mark a 21st
century tragedy, Congress makes an extraordinary journey to New York on
Friday to commemorate the Sept. 11 attacks.

Leaving Washington for only the second time in more than 200 years,
lawmakers will convene in New York's Federal Hall in lower Manhattan,
only a few blocks from the site of the World Trade Center attacks where
about 3,000 people died.
