[Scan-DC] Freq 138.875

All,

I had originally thought (and posted) that 138.875 was possibly a new Victor 
freq for the DC ANG F-16s of the 121st FS at Andrews.  


After listening a couple of nights it appears that this freq is one of the 
Victor freqs of the NJ ANG F-16s from the 119th FS at Atlantic City.

Sorry for any confusion.
