[Scan-DC] Reach 01

All,

A couple of days ago I heard Reach 01 land at Andrews.  He departed today 
(Fri). He didn't sound like a usual AMC transport aircraft.  More like a 
small, VIP executive jet.

I vaguely (and my memory is getting vaguer (??) all the time) that the AMC 
Commander (at Scott AFB) had a Gulfstream/Learjet (C-20/C-21) for his 
official use.

Can anyone out there confirm this and know what type of aircraft and callsign 
the AMC Commander uses
