[Scan-DC] Integration

  Hi all.  Well, with Alan's blessing and hard work, we've managed to 
integrate all the new pages I assembled some time ago into the
CHM web site at:

  http://henney.com/chm/

  Eventually the 'quick reference links', with the exception of the
link to past issues of the newsletter, will go away, as these links
have been assimilated and moved to their respective pages.

  As always, if you find a site you think should be on one of these
pages, please forward the URL and I'll have it added.  I'm always
on the lookout for good sites for Western Maryland (where our 
coverage is basically non existant), the Eastern Shore 
and Northern Virginia.
