[Scan-DC] Waldorf brush fire

Just drove SOUTH on the GW Parkway from Alexandria and it is visble from across
the river, WTOP reports it as a Junkyard fire in LaPlata.

Just drove up 301 (with a detour) as there was a big brush fire
somewhere down there.  Couldn't see it, but saw apparatus from King
George, Huntingtown, and Andrew AFB responding to the area.  Huge
cloud of smoke.  Started about 3:00 or so and was still going an hour
later.
