[Scan-DC] disappointing

Yesterday I tried to reply to two people on the list but it turned up off of

I hear that, that is exactly what motivated me to make data files for 
vacations, and the real ease of changing scan list's at home.

Mike,
the guy who hosted the 'data files' did a good job of logging just who was 
getting the files, as you would e-mail him asking what you wanted, and if 
you had a valid e-mail address, no hotmail/juno stuff, you got the files.
A little latter he was asked by 'someone' to discontinue this too, that was 
that.
