[Scan-DC] Scan_MD?

  Well, it's really called MD_Scan (there is a Scan_MD group on
qth.net as well), and the URLs for this, along with the Virginia
mailing lists that I mentioned in a previous message is on one of
our new link pages:

  In addition, I went to the Scan_DC Yahoogroup and checked to see
if their file area is being used.  It's not.  It might be to our
advantage to use this group as the name's the same (just the domain
is different), and we could set up folders for each geo area
and load them up without difficulty.  Both the MD_Scan and Scan_DC
groups have very little traffic on them; if we decide to use
either of these groups, we should probably announce the file's
existance on both here and wherever we decide to go, so that 
traffic is generated.
