[Scan-DC] programmable data files

Good morning. I have a number of WinScan (ws2), Scan Master (swg) and
PRO-92 files for the Washington DC, including public safety, aviation,
Federal agencies and Milcom. I would be happy to share. I do think the
best place to house the files would be on the Capital Hill Monitor (Allan
Henney) website.
Also what are the four VA area Yahoo scanning related groups?
