Well now, that is pretty cool.

Anybody got a list for Nextel via direct connect in the DC, Balt (164) region?
The 40 users on my account that would probably appreciate it in a emergency.

That is a cell carrier specific function. Carriers use specific numbers to link
callers
with police/Fire/EMS/ Pizza Hut (yes Pizza Hut) inside a geographic region
instead of
dialing the 10 digit number. (i.e. #77 = NYPD, *GSP= Georgia State Patrol). Think
of it as
a facilities based speed dial. Check with your carrier for specific numbers.
