Yes. Eastbound Capitol Limited, Amtrak 30. The tracks there are signaled
for traffic in either direction on either track, and #30 was on the
"left" track; i.e., the way cars would drive in Great Britain. The
derailment occurred at about 2:15 p.m. EDT. Local TV stations channnels 4
and 5 have helicopters in the air.

If there are live video feeds, try:

The derailment occurred in a suburban neighborhood, so the fire trucks
can drive right up to the tracks and park on the street or in what looks
like one of those structures in which the county stores sand or salt for
spreadinf on the streets in the winter. There are reports of injuries but
not of any fatalities. The two locomotives are upright, and the
helicopter views make it look as if the tracks gave way beneath the
Superliners that are now on their sides. Rails seem to have been
dislodged from the ties.

This derailment is quite close to where the MARC train ran the red signal
and went into the WB Capitol back in the winter of '95 or '96.

RR frequencies to try:
160.230	old C&O/B&O dispatcher (AAR channel 8)
161.265	CSX PBX, Baltimore-Martinsburg
160.785	CSX MofW, for Sand Patch (AAR channel 45)
I'm sure there are others, such as Amtrak police or CSX police.

Weather conditions: hazy, hot, humid. Air temperature is in the high
90's, possibly 100 degrees F.
