[Scan-DC] Anyone monitor any Reach a/c landing at Andews around 2030Z

C17 flying very low over the house at 2020Z heading towards Andrews, I
mean low, shook the whole house. I'm in Mont County 15 miles due north
of the center of DC. Not a normal path for these guys.
