Additionally, the vehicle must be registered in the operator's name. In
my case it is "W4UVV". My son, "KF4CAH", drives a car registered in my name
so as the next best practical option we had to order a personalized plate
with his callisign at $10.00 extra a year. Later when I transfer the car to
him, then he can order the amateur radio plates.
