If you have web access - not just email - you can access NIMA:

http://164.214.2.59/

Here are some very interesting links on the NIMA server:

http://164.214.2.62/products/digitalaero/index.html
http://164.214.2.62/products/digitalaero/dafifindex.cfm
ftp://164.214.2.112/dafif/

If you have high speed access - you can download the NIMA databases quite
quickly!

You can also download a GIS viewer and make your own maps:

http://www.esri.com/software/arcexplorer/

You will have to do some reading and also download shp files to built map
data!

It is not that hard and can also be highly educational!
