[Scan-DC] changes to the links

  Hi all; I've loaded a few changes to our links page at:

http://henney.com/chm/links/

  Thanx to Tom Dawson who spotted some spelling errors, and Chris
Weber who suggested a link that now appears on the intro page.

  I guess the biggest change has to do with Lindsay Blanton's 
popular trunkedradio.net site.  It seems that now you must register
before you can access the TRS databases, among other things.  The
good news is that it's painless and fast.  Nonetheless, there's 
a warning about it on each page.

  I've also added some data to our scanners page and (sadly) 
removed the NIH audio website from the Maryland page.  

  That's it for now- more sites and stuff coming, and as always,
suggestions for new links are solicited.  73s  Mike
