In the early 1600 hour (EDT) caught a couple of FBI units (agent's names as 
identifiers) working in the clear on 167.6625 (PL 167.9). One of the units 
informed the second unit that he has just drop "them" off at the stadium 
(Camden Yards) and that he was going to go back and pick them up in 45 
minutes. 

The second unit (female) indicated she would be making a couple of passes in 
the area of the Marriott and the Renaissance hotels.

Later, in the early 1700 hour, the first unit asked the second unit to pick 
someone up at the Hyatt. The second unit said they were waiting for their 
party at an undisclosed location and would have to wait for them before they 
could get to the Hyatt. 

In the mid-1700 hour the first unit informed the second unit that she would 
have to go to the Hyatt since he was still standing at the Stadium waiting 
for his party.

This activity is related to the National Law Enforcement convention on 
counter-terrorism going on in downtown Baltimore this week.
