I think it's up but they havent entirely switched over to using it yet. I've 
heard police dispatchers tell units to switch to talkgroups.

Has Howard County switched to the 800 system yet? I wasn't getting dispatch
info last night and they switched a fire ground to Channel 1 from Channel 2.
