[Scan-DC] Re: DCFD-Dispatch.

I noticed that that the DCFD simulcast on 154.190 was down on Saturday.  It 
is now Sunday, and it is still down.  Past experiences of the same is that 
the simulcast will likely be down for several more days.  Do not know the 
reason why, maybe they are upgrading their low budget system.  Eugene.
