MPD Special Operations Motor involved in a traffic crash at Seventh and =
Constitution Avenue, NW (heard on MPD Channel 11 and Park Police Air).  =
This is the start of the parade route.  MPD flatbed is on the scene to =
recover the motor and MPD motor officials are on the scene (they always =
ride in the parade anyway).  I didn't hear anyone ask for an ambulance.
