[Scan-DC] barricade situation in Alexandria

Someone is holed up in the 3500 block of Valley Drive in Alexandria. This
is in the Parkfairfax area of Alexandria, near Valley Drive's
intersection with Gunston Road. The incident started around 6 p.m. this
evening. I heard sirens all over the place and, figuring that it was a
fire, had dinner and worked in the yard. At 9 p.m., the incident was
still going on, as it is now, 11 p.m. Gunston Road is blocked at
Wellington Road. 

The FD just got a priority two call to 3450 Gunston Road, which I believe
to be the Condo Association office. To the AFD, it is box 5303. Since
Parkfairfax is near Shirlington, in Arlington, Arlington County is
responding too.
