I find it odd that you would include the ducting location when somone ask
who's using this freq in the area, but ok.
Not sure what "Ivy City" is, the only facillity N of CP Washington (BA0.0)
is "C Tower," (BA1.0) that runs paralell to NY Ave.
Cirious do you work for them (Amtrak), monitior there freqs offten, or just
another rail buff?
You say the freq comes in good from where you are, sig with your location
would help.
