[Scan-DC] Low Flying Helecopter over Mall/Potomac River

Good morning. Within the past half-hour a low-flying Huey was seen making passes from the State Department to the Capitol and return. At first sight the aircraft had two pods on either side of the skids. Looked like gun mounts. On the second and third pass a closer inspection revealed it was a private helicopter(no visible government or military markings).  Not sure what the side mounts were, but my guess is that they are camera arrays.
