New York City Transit Authority in the Bronx. I hear it occasionally due
to the miracle of tropospheric ducting. It can come in as clear as a
bell. I hear it using only the OEM rubber ducky antenna on a PRO-67
indoors.
The same frequency is used in the car yards at Ivy City, the Amtrak
facility about a mile north of Union Station in DC.
