Just noticed that VHF Ch 16 for Coast Guard should have been
156.800

There are no frequencies for individual stations.

You should be able to here something on the following frequencies

Ch 16		157.800MHz
Ch 22A	157.100Mhz
Ch 83A	157.175Mhz (Coast Guard operations channel)
