Well, as promised, I have begun putting out some additional
pages to the CHM website.

  The first page is:
  http://henney.com/chm/links/intro.htm

This page is an attempt at a starter page for the newcomers to
the hobby; some FAQs, some mailing lists for our area and
some news about the new digital scanners are to be found here.

  The second page is:
  http://henney.com/chm/links/scanners.htm

Here I tried to gather all the resources needed for some of the
most common questions that people have about getting a new scanner...

Where can I get a manual when I lost mine?
Has anyone reviewed this model (insert brand here...)
I'm totally confused about how to use this thing!

  Well, you get the idea.
There are a couple of additions and corrections I need to make to
this page; these include adding G&G Electronics to the mods section
(he does repairs, too!), adding the reviews found on Eham.net
to the list (2 sections have them, no less), and removing the
first BC780 link I have at the bottom (It seems www.bc780xlt.com
is no more-where did they go?), as well as re-adding the AOR3000a
resource center to the scanner specific page list.

What I need is your feedback- what links do *you*, the membership,
want to see here? What link is better? Which don't you like??
If you want a link added, please supply it!
It would help if you would put 'URL Project' in the subject
header- that way I can seperate it from the rest of the mail using
Eudora's filters.

In a couple of weeks, I'll release 1 page for each area the
CHM covers and see how people feel. Eventually, we should have
one of the most complete sites in our area...

73s and thanx for looking at this new venture...Mike
